The weather has to be pretty bad for Mark Mallett to skip a run outdoors. "If the roads are clear, I head outside," the Sioux Falls runner says. Mallett, 38, isn't afraid of a little cold. "I'm a little hot-blooded anyway," he says. But it's not just his natural body temperature that keeps him running outside, even on the coldest of days. Mallett also knows how to dress.
